Chrissy’s gorgeous card box was modern, simple and clean and just the perfect little detail for their welcome table. Chrissy decided to use Flower Moxie and created the most beautiful, fresh, modern table centerpieces that awed everyone! Crips white roses, white mums and baby’s breath was the perfect trio for their bouquets, centerpieces, and accent tables. The barn was beaming with so much romance and love and felt simple and modern and elegant all at once. The soft, warm wood tones with the perfect romantic lighting fit their modern vision to a tea!

The bridal party boasted the most sleek and stunning deep navy blues and whites with classic white roses and baby’s breath. Matt stood out like a stud in his classy grey suit from Men’s Wearhouse. It was incredible seeing everything come together that Chrissy and her mom worked effortlessly on. Flower Moxie was the perfect choice for their modern wedding flower and many couples also utilize their favorite local flower farms and florists in Southern Minnesota.

Sarah Marschall Photography captured the couple’s wish for a modern barn wedding venue vibe in Southern Minnesota by highlighting their favorites features at The Barn at Ballard Creek. The ceremony was perfect with its crispy white bistro chairs and modern florals as you entered the ceremony. The wedding arch had a stunning asymmetrical floral arrangement and flowing white drapery. Matt and Chrissy had an incredible wedding ceremony ritual where their wedding bands were passed around the ceremony for all to bless and share good vibes for their life together as Mr and Mrs!

The icing on the cake, pun intended, may have just been the HIGHLAND COWS, waltzing into the ceremony as Ring Security. Everyone was in absolute awe and the smiles were endless. Lewis and Clark were fabulous and while they were a huge hit, it was Chrissy and Matt’s love for each other that stole the show!

Chrissy and Matt traveled from Minneapolis to celebrate their Modern Wedding here and enjoyed spending time dining in Mankato and celebrating their wedding with all of their family and friends!

The atmosphere was so happy with so much love and laughter and the modern touches were absolutely perfect!
