Mike + Erica : An Unforgettable October Wedding with Highland Cows – Part 1
This gorgeous October wedding is one for the books (but aren’t they all!?). We have a gorgeous herd that lives here full time. We currently have five full time cows (or mamas) and two heifer calves. We intend to keep our herd small and friendly! This allows all of the cows to feel comfortable around our family and all of our guests! Erica and Mike LOVED our cows from the start and when they found out they could rent a few more furry friends, they said HECK YES!
We brought in two more beautiful highland cows from one of our past couples who lives a few miles from the farm. They love bringing Lewis and Clark here to hang out with other wedding couples and their guests each season! These fury critters are absolutely stunning and so sweet! We are so lucky to get to share our cows and theirs with so many people. The smiles and oohhs and ahhs are priceless!
Tiffany Chesley Artistry captured these beauties and so many more! Stop back soon for more timeless photos from this extraordinary wedding. To check out some other beautiful galleries from our Southern Minnesota Barn Venue, visit our gallery now to be inspired!

Tim and I and our 5 kids love hosting weddings here at the farm! Tim was born a country boy in Southern Minnesota and Lindsey a city slicker who loves architecture and historical restoration. The two of us have put our dreams together to create this little haven known at the Barn at Ballard Creek.
